Our instruction video is full of tips and tricks on how to best install your product, but if you don't feel confident make sure to take it down to your local bike shop for a helping hand.  
 
Warranty: Check heel rub! If your heel rubs the tape regularly, then it could start to lift off the adhesive. This is not a warranty issue. Take care to cut your VHS to suit your bike and heel rub riding style.
